Question
I would just like to lose a few pounds within a short period of time.  I am just worried about my lower abdonimals, back areas, and my inner thighs.  i weight about 120 now and i am 5'3''. I'm not fat, I just want to get rid of a few unwanted pounds/areas.  I was wondering if you had any exercises I could take on or even a diet plan that can shed off those areas...?

Dear Audrey,
Why do you want to lose more weight when you state that you are not fat? Perhaps exercise would help you tone up. I would suggest that before you consider a diet, check out a trainer at a gym to tone up the areas you want to make some changes.

And there are no real 'quick fixes'. Consider some changes that are conducive to a healthy lifestyle, rather than short term solutions, which only last while you are doing them.
