Question
I went to the doctor and got diagnosed with anorexia although I am still in denial about it, anyway I am recieveing therapy soon, I hadn't had my period in 5 months (I told the doctor as she asked) but a week later it started does this mean that I do not have anorexia?

Answer
I would suspect that getting your period doesn't mean you are cured of anorexia. Please continue with your therapy and trust what the doctors are telling you.

Anorexia always needs to be treated and it's a good sign that you'll recover physically. The therapist will help with your emotional side.  Good luck to you.
