Question
hi,

I've been struggling with myself for a while. I
know that my thoughts and habits aren't
normal.
Is it considered an eating disorder to be in a
binge restrict cycle?
Some days (or weeks) Ill eat 300-600 calories.
And I'm so happy with myself. But then the
next day (or week) I'm binging all day and
have no self control and I'm eating like 1500
calories and I want to kill myself.
I don't know... What this is. I'm 5'4 and 114lbs
as of now but I lose and gain the same 10-
15lbs over and over.
What's wrong with me?

Answer
yeah it sounds like an eating disorder sounds like you are a binge eater. The average person should consume no more than 2500 per day you're consuming way too little and that's not good you're depriving your body of nutrients by not eating the recommended amount per day.
