Question
QUESTION: i think theres something wrong with me because i feel sick if i look at food and i am always unhappy with something i don't eat breakfast or dinner a lot of my friend are worried about me

ANSWER: Carrie

I think that you should visit your Doctor and tell them how you are feeling.  This could be an eating disorder, or this sounds as though it could be depression.

Please discuss this with your Dr, and tell them everything, and take this from there!

QUESTION: i want to tell my Dr but my mum just thinks i am being silly  and wont take me and i don't  want all of my friends to no because  the one person who knows this now does not want to be my friend anymore plz plz help!!!!!!!!!!!

This may be hard for some of your friends to understand.  But true friends will stand by you and help you over come your problems!

I think that you need to talk to someone.  I'm not sure if this is an eating disorder or not from what you say, as I have mentioned that the inability to eat may be a symptom of something like depression.

I don't know your age so don't know if you are at school/college, etc.  Is there a teacher that you could talk to, perhaps even a counsellor.  Schools usually have something in place to help students that are in similar situations to your own, so it may be worth finding out who is responsible for helping you find that help in school!

Please talk to your parents or someone you can trust about this.  It is not something that you can just shake off!

Expertise

I am a medical student and have suffered from anorexia and bulimia myself, I am willing to answer questions based on my own experiences. My advice, however, should not be used as a substitute for that of a qualified medical professional.

Experience

I suffered from anorexia from the age of about 10. By the age of 13 I was suffering from bulimia. Now after 10 years of suffering from an eating disorder, I feel that I can say that I'm well on my way with recovery and would just like to be able to share what I have learned with those in similar situations!
