Are you sure that you are getting bigger and that your image of yourself isn't just becoming more and more distorted? I don't want to send condescending, but when you are suffering from an eating disorder, the further and further you get involved, the more and more your self-image becomes distorted. You lose the ability to see the reality!
As for legs getting bigger, if they are, this could be due to muscle building in your leg. I don't know your daily food intake and how long you have been eating like this. If it has been going on for a while, you may have slowed your metabolism, and therefore you are not going to be burning as many calories as the people round about that are eating more than you.
It definitely sounds as though you have really body image issues, and I think that you should go and speak to a professional about these in the hope of either treating the eating disorder that you may already have, or trying to prevent yourself developing one!
