Question
Hi I am a recovering anorexic. I have been eating well but I feel I'm still quite erratic with it and I keep missing meals through being busy etc and then when I do eat I eat junk food. I was wondering how I can stop myself from just eating biscuits etc if i have missed a meal and how to be more healthy because I'm putting weight on quite quick and I don't want it to be in the wrong way.

Answer
Aloha, the best way to eat for anyone is to do food combining, it is the best way for your digestive system and it also will never let you gain too much weight either. I  have been doing it for over 18 years and it is great and you don't deprive yourself either. Go to my web site at http://www.healthretreats.info and look on the left hand side for Food Combining why it works and that will give you most of the information you need to start. I have been working with ED's for the last nine years at our Holistic healing retreats - Aloha Healing Women so if you have any more questions feel free to ask and I would be happy to support you in your efforts of defeating your ed.
