QuestionQUESTION: i am struggling with bulimia since 3 years, i hear that after recovery you gain weight and it becomes hard to control and maintain it, is that true? and if so what things i can do to keep my weight?
ANSWER: Aloha, no that is not true in our experience at Aloha Healing Women. We work with women to help them get used to eating food combined, and when you do that you never have to worry about unnatural weight gain. If you want to know more go to my site.

PS we have a great new book coming out Healing What's Eating You which has our entire protocol that we have been using at Aloha Healing Women for the last nine years working with eating disorders and it is now available in EBOOK format and soon in soft cover too.

QUESTION: what about exercising, i exercise 20 minutes a day "aerobics", is that enough for me or i need to do a different kind of exercising?
AnswerAloha Hiba, that sounds fine, 20 minutes a day is not excessive and it is good for your body and mind to have some physical activity, of course you don't want to go over board either.
Just for curiosity sake I did a Ke'ala Kard reading
They go like this
Your preview card is Walk the Talk- It is not enough to say you have wisdom. You must walk that wisdom, live that truth. Only your footprints will show where you have been so others may follow.
Your mind and thoughts are - Compassion is what makes us
human. It is the highest gift we can give ourselves or others. It allows us to accept ourselves and others
Where your emotions are -There is only this moment. You have the choice to choose how you will see it, feel it and live it. It is the only moment you have power over, to accept or change.
Where your instinctual is - Blessings - Stop a moment and consider the beauty of your life. There are wondrous and amazing things
happening every moment.
Your overall view is - Grounding Imagine white light coming through your head into your body. Root that light in the earth, bring it up and out to make a shield of light around your body. Live in that light, walk in the light.
