Answer
Hi Destiny-
I am sorry that you are going through so much right now.  It is important for you to know that you are not alone and that anger is actually the root of a lot of eating disorders and other self destructive behaviors.

I know this is going to be difficult but you need to get some help.  I am not sure if you have an adult in your life that you can trust but you need to reach out to them and tell them what is going on with you.  Maybe your mom or dad or a counselor or a friend's parent, anyone, but you need to try and do this.

It is important that you get yourself started on the path to recovery.  It may seem unlikely but with help, you can get a better handle on your anger and even understand why you have it and what to do about it.  I know you can do it.

So, please follow up with someone.  I wish you the best.
Take Care,

Expertise

I can answer several different types of questions about eating disorders, and how to deal with them. I can help figure out how to determine whether an individual needs professional help; how to choose what type of treatment may be most effective (i.e. therapist, nutritionist, psychiatrist or combination). I can give information about what a person can do to avoid relapse which would include an explanation regarding how to identify and avoid triggers and give ideas about where to get help in person and online. I can also give advice to concerned family members or friends. Perhaps most importantly, I can help increase self-understanding and acceptance.
