Question
I'm Thirteen, and as of now, I'm suffering from disordered eating. It's so hard. I mean, I don't know what to do. I'm 5'3, and I am 96 pounds. Huge, right? I've been going to doctor, and I got referred to a counselor. So, I working with her on it. I don't know what else to do. My parents think it's for attention, and It's really not. I would do anything to get rid of it. I hate it. It's made my life a living hell.

Answer
Have you considered a treatment program like the Rader Institute maybe going on an outpatient basis. Eating disorders are not for attention it's a cry for help and when parents don't really understand the nature of the disease they come up with silly theories as to why you're anorexic or bulimic or overeating. Getting rid of it will take a combination of therapy and support from those around you to get through your issues.
