Answer
Getting a fever from an eating disorder is serious this can cause a lot of problems and if you're having this consistently it's time to see a doctor and if you're unable to afford treatment find out if there's a mental health center in your town or city that can give you a referral for outpatient treatment. Body temperature that's constantly at fever level and super low is not healthy this is serious because your body should maintain a temperature of 96.8 degrees. If you're having a fever of more than 102 degrees you need to see a doctor because this can cause your body to shut down. Eating disorders can throw the body off in a dangerous manner so get that taken care of because you want to be healthy for what you're doing in life. Again go see a doctor and find out about getting a referral to an outpatient treatment center and inform that you are also of low income and can't really afford in-patient treatment.
