Question
what is the best thing to start eating of a previous anorexic disorder?

Answer
Dear Cali,

The best thing for you to do is to see a good dietitian or nutritionist!  They will give you a food plan that is designed specifically for you!  Each person's needs and bodies are different!

This is complicated and that's why I ask you to see a professional.

Please let me know what you decide to do!!

Warmly,
Jeannie Rust, PhD
