not sure what you can say to help but one of the reasons i struggle to lose weight is, i feel what happens if i go through all of this lose the weight and I am still ugly? I know it sad for an adult to hang onto childhood things but i realised now that what my mother and grandmothers use to tell me and thats when my weight problems started. how do i get over this?
