I exercise everyday day from 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs. I would really like to loss inch around my back and my inner thighs do you have any suggestions.

Answer
Dear Paola,
Have you talked to a nutritionist or dietitian about your weight? For your height, this is a healthy body weight - you probably don't need to lose any more weight.

If you are obsessing about your weight, body size or food, you may be expressing anorexic symptoms. Please check these websites, www.oa.org or www.anorexicsandbulimicsanonymousaba.com to get some help at no cost. You can also do a complimentary coaching session with me, if you so desire. my email is lifecoachgerri@aol.com.

You can also talk to the guidance counselor at school or even your parents.
