Anorexia/Eating Disorders/Is it a problem?

Question
Hi There.  I live in the US.  My Husband is 27 years old and currently weighs 134 lbs and dropping. (he's 6'2"-4") He lost over 120 lbs in the past year and now is deathly afraid of gaining it back.  I understand his concerns and am proud of his efforts but every conversation revolves around food and calories. I fear (as do others) that this is out of hand (weighing himself 4-10 times a day) but he doesn't see it.  He thinks he's still fat, and his mood swings are driving me crazy.  How do I determine if I am just overreacting or if this is serious, and where can I get him help if need be??

Answer
It's time to seek out some counseling to deal with this because it sounds to me like he's obsessed with food and gaining weight. You can go to this website called Something-Fishy.org it's a website for people with eating disorders and you can go there for support and resources to help you with your situation.
