Question
I am 20 years old, female, 5'5, 19% bmi, weighing about 123 lbs. I use to weigh 135 but in 2 months I dropped to 116, due to a new job and school I never had time to eat or either was too tired so I basically unintentionally starved myself, now that I dont work anymore im back to eating normal, very calorie conscious, no fast food, soda, juice, etc. and I work out 6 days a week doing cardio burning up to 600-700 calories every gym visit and also limiting myself maximum 1300 cals a day, continuing to do this im gaining weight and im sure its not muscle because all I do is run or do the stairmaster how can I lose weight? I want to lost 10 lbs

Answer
Giving the fact that you're eating some days and then going not eating and even eating on the run can throw your body off. Your body is not getting the nutrients it needs to function and weight gain is your body's way of compensating for the lack of nutrients. I would talk to your doctor about this further and have him/her check you out.
