Question
I have suffered from a selective eating disorder all my life although recently I
have gained the need to lose weight. My bmi is 15 and yet I still wan't to lose
weight. I find that my stomach is filled easily. And I weigh myself so often that
when I go out for a meal I can't enjoy it because of the fear of putting on
weight. What is wrong with me?

Answer
You're obsessing over your weight and that's not good because that's a sign you're having a dysfunctional relationship with your food and eating for nourishment. You may want to consult with an eating disorder specialist to find out what you can do about this before it takes over your life.
