Anorexia/Eating Disorders/calories per day

Question
i don't exactly have an eating disorder, but i am on the cusp, if you will. i eat about 900-1000 calories a day and burn 300 a day almost every day. i currently weight 95 lbs and am 5'3. i want to eat more but am afraid to trust the daily calories calculators...i don't see how i can eat the suggested 1400-1600 a day and not gain weight....am i missing something?

Answer
You're considered underweight for someone at 5'3 your weight should be in the range of 120-125. The average person should not eat no more caloric wise over 1200. If you eat healthy food like fruits and veggies and watch other things like fried foods you should be ok and also reading labels can help too.
