ANSWER: A good rule for proper nutrition is to eat mostly vegetables, 4 to 6 servings a day, 2 or 3 fruit servings, about 9 to 12 oz protein (meat) and 1 or 2 servings of grain. You also need fat, about 2 tablespoons.

You can do 30 minutes of exercise 5 to 7 days a week. Be careful not to over-do it.

if you can see a dietician for a proper food plan, tha twould be best. If you would like a complimentary coaching session, visit my website.

QUESTION: ok thats there is a slight problem with ur suggestion i dont eat meats only chicken n i dont eat eggs

ANSWER: there are other vegetarian meat substitutes. Chicken is really a great source of protein. Do you eat fish? That would be good too. Also, nuts or seeds in controlled portions, as well as beans (I love toasted garbanzo beans). If you eat dairy products, cottage or ricotta cheese would also be good.

Why don't you google vegan protein and see what else you can find? I still recommend you talk with a nutritionist or dietician if at all possible. Did your family doctor make any recommendations?

QUESTION: im going to ask my dr. if she can't recommend someone im 17 and I wanna look slimmer you kno, I do eat fish I don't eat much dairy I drink low fat milk at all, is there a excersie that will burn the fat faster

Answer
you did not gain weight quickly and it is not advisable to lose it quickly either. Most people who go on crash diets or exercise excessively, gain it back quickly.

If you are losing more than a pound to one and a half pounds a week, it's too fast. I lost over 100 lbs but it took me over a year.
