Answer A good rule for proper nutrition is to eat mostly vegetables, 4 to 6 servings a day, 2 or 3 fruit servings, about 9 to 12 oz protein (meat) and 1 or 2 servings of grain. You also need fat, about 2 tablespoons.
You can do 30 minutes of exercise 5 to 7 days a week. Be careful not to over-do it.
if you can see a dietician for a proper food plan, tha twould be best. If you would like a complimentary coaching session, visit my website.
