Expert: Gerri Helms - 6/24/2009

Question
I work in night shifts, I live alone, I leave from office at 6 in the morning from there i go to my class from 7 to 9 than i go home and sleep coz i feel damn sleepy. than i wake up at or 3 than i eat a little and do some work and get ready for office and than i eat in the night.....As you can see i don't get time to eat, is there any way that i can gain wait and build my body in this schedule?.........Awaiting answer...

Answer
You have a good question. What would your answr be if you were talking about your car, and getting gas/petrol for it? You would make the time because without fuel, the car won't operate.

It's the same with your body. Perhaps on your days off, you can go shopping and make meals that can be eaten during the week. In other words, when you have the time to cook and prepare, make extra.

There are also fast food solutions to your dilemma.

You can gain weight and build your body, when you make time in your schedule for proper nutrition and exercise.

I hope that helps you - it is up to you.
