I need to lose weight for a very important occasion and I need to drop 10 lbs in 2 week..Ive lost about 27 in a month...i have been walking 4 miles a day and eating about 500 calories..no appetite. my weight plateaued about 5 days ago and i upped my walking by a miles (3 to 4) ..how can i get these 10 lbs off? thanks. PS I know this low cal diet is not healthybut its just for another 2 weeks.

Answer
Ok if you're looking to drop 10 pounds in two weeks....this is unrealistic and unhealthy. You lose an average of 1-2 pounds a week. You're eating way too little calories and you are also at risk for snacking which is a sign when your body is not getting enough nutrients. You can cause your body to gain weight if you're doing this diet. I would not crash diet because it can cause your body's hormonal levels to be thrown off and can also trigger impulse snacking.
