Question
Over the past couple of months I've lost 12 pounds, I'm %'4 and my weight started at 115 but now a couple months my weight is 103-104
I've been restricting my calories to at least under 700 a day or less, yesterday I only had about 350 calories and when I woke up this morning I felt dizzy. I tried walking into the other room and 20 seconds into walking a became very dizzy, and my vision began to blur, Once I laid down they're was a loud ringing in my ears.

What the fuck is wrong with me and are my symptoms due to not eating enough I ate an apple and a couple crackers but that didn't help.

Answer
Kassie-  you are clearly not getting enough calories to function.  Your brain runs on pure blood sugar that you get from your diet.  It needs about 600 cal per day just to function (not including the rest of your energy needs like walking from your bedroom to the couch or going to school).  The number of calories you are consuming is barely enough to run your brain let alone doing things that require energy like breathing, heart beating, maintaining body temp, and any movement you perform.  If you don't have enough calories for your brain to work, it shuts down (passing out, not processing visual stimulation, etc).  The apple and crackers just aren't cutting it for your energy needs.
