Question
i worry about my weight alot im 5ft 2 and 103lbs and i want to be 85lbs and wont stop til i get there. i eat under 600 calories a day, exercise as much as i can, if i can i try fasting and spitting my food out so i dont absorb calories.
do you think i will end up with an eating disorder ?!

Answer
Lanta- It sounds like you are well on your way if not there already.  I am curious about the 85lb goal.  Is there something magical about that weight that will automatically make you live longer, more attractive, or smarter?  It seems like an arbitrary number that has no meaning, except that it is dangerously low.  By the behavior you have described, it comes close to meeting the clinical definition of a disorder.

I don't know your situation, but I am predicting that ther are matters that could be contributing to this.  Can you tell me more?

I can answer questions specifically geared towards athletes and their eating issues. I would be able to assist parents or coaches with questions or concerns about disordered eating practices often found in the exercise and sports settings. I also have experience in training and conditioning so I am in a position to discus how the two interrelate.
