Is solid food ever forced down an anorexic's throat?

Answer
No and most anorexics are put into treatment programs and no food is forced down their throat. I am a little surprised to see you ask something like that. Anorexics are not forced to eat solid food they're gradually weaned back on food once their bodies are given nutrients because many of them can't hold food down if they've gone from not eating to eating solid food which can cause vomiting.
