Question
Hi Rev. Ke'ala Richardson,

I am wondering what you think the effects of the recent popularity of reality make-over shows like extreme make-over and the swan have on the self-image and self-esteem of teens and young adults. How do you think the message these shows are sending are effecting these people?

Answer
I think it is possible to change yourself, I don't know if it is a good thing to change yourself because someone else want's or expects you to change. It is a mixed message, you need to change to better your life and your attitude but not if it doesn't suit you or your higher good.
