Questioni have starved my self recently and somtimes chew and spat but i don't think that i have lost any weight because i hate the scales and am terrified of gaining weight! i today started eatign celery and i am so scared that i am going to put on weight? would i lose weight on this or would i gain i think that i have a sluggish matabolism and i have fat storage! how do you get rid of the starvation mode but not eat? i hate eating and i hate food and i need to lose weight and i am so scared that if i eat i will gain weight i have saggy skin and i think it is because of the muscle loss and it is disgusting and i hate it!!! does this mean that i have lost weight or does this actually idicate that i ahve put on weight because i haven't eaten and if i put on weight i have no idea?

AnsweryES, YOUR METABOLISM IS PROBABLY EXTREMELY SLUGGISH, AND WILL ONLY GET WORST IF YOUB DO NOT EAT. IN ORDER FOR YOUR WIEGHT TO GO DOWN AND NOT HAVE SAGGY SKIN... YOU MUST EAT NORMALLY AT LEAST 4-5 TIMES DAILY SMALL SMALL PORTIONS, AND WORK OUT AT LEAST 2-3 TIMES A WEEK. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL GET GOOD RESULTS AND LOOSE WEIGHT. OTHER THEN THAT IF YOU CONTINUE IN THIS ROUTE, YOU WILL FOREVER RUIN YOUR METABOLISM, AND YOU WILL LIVE YOUR LIFE ALWAYS STRUGGLING THREE TIMES HARDER TO LOOSE THE WEIGHT! THAT IS WHY YOU MUST MUST EAT...
