Answer
Aloha, you are certainly showing the beginning signs of an eating disorder. Please go  to our self help pages at http://eating-disorder-recovery.com on the side of the page hit the food combinig page and that is what we use and is the best way to eat all you want an still remain slim. Please look at our other self help tools too. But be thankful you are catching this at an early stage, see if your school counselor has any materials on eating disorders, check out somethingfishy.com  caringonline.com and other sites that have useful information and some chat rooms as well. Good for you for caring for yourself. Take care and keep me updated at kealanoel@yahoo.com
