hi again Nicole i wrote to you almost two weeks ago and I still have not gotten a response i dont know if it just didnt go through or what happened hopefully i hear from you soon thanks.

choose from some of these options for your meals. feel free to mix and match:

breafast items:
- granola with sliced fruit (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc) and a dollop of yogurt on top.
or
- 2 egg whites, 1 piece of wheat toast, and a piece of fruit or fruit jam on top of the toast

lunch and dinner items:
- 1-2 cups of raw or steamed veggies, veggie burger or other serving size of a meat, piece of bread or serving size of crackers with either a slice of cheese or a tablespoon of peanut butter on top, a serving size of a fruit (18 grapes, a small apple, orange, banana, etc)

snack food items (one at 10am, one at 2pm and a bedtime snack):
- popcorn, a piece of fruit, veggies and dip, 1/4 peanuts.

Anything is healthy in moderation. You need to learn your portion sizes and now when you need more and when you need to sotp in order to support your lifestyle.
