Questionthanx fro that advise, but the only thing is now i found a way to lose weight everyday, and i cant even look at food anymore, i just have no desirire after hearing that my friend ate something yesterday and gained back 5lbs!!!!.. but then he went for a walk and lose another 2-3 pounds. So i dont know what to do, becuz i cant even eat now, im like scared to becuz i dont want to gina more weight, im constantly weighing myself and walking or doing push ups and stuff so that i dont gain weight. and if i eat less then 100 calories a day then i can lose 5lbs a day. and now i think i have my mind set on weighing 90lbs even if i have to do ALOT to keep it off after i get over this. so as you can see i kind of have a delema, i cant exactly eat. i tryed eating a stick of celery the other day, and i felt so gulity about it i weighed myself right after and trying to make myself vomit becuz i didnt want to gain weight. i think i might have a problem, or think i might be starting one, and this starvation has gone way out of hand.

My question is that im wondering if i were to eat only one stick of celery and exercise(one run a day in the morning, 30 push ups, and 30 sit ups a day) and did this for a week or two.. would i lose weight? or would i just stay at the same weight?.. i am 5'7 and i weigh 150lb and i look in the mirror and see a fat person and i dont want to see that anymore, i want to be skinny, and i was wondering if you could help me work out a diet or a plan that will let me lose weight fast, and maybe in a little bit healthyer way.. becuz i dont think that this is the right way to go about it, but im so desperate. plz add me and talk to me,and plz im bagging you help me lose weight on a plan that we can come up with, becuz im going to go shopping in New York in about a month and i want to be 130lb at least and i want to be a size three or a one, its just something i need to do to be happy with myself, plz help me, and plz reply fast, becuz i havent eatin in two dais now, and i want to be skinny so badly, and i think i might be anoreixc, ive been weighing myself alot and looking in the mirror all the time like im fat, which i am, and i wont eat, i just wont, plz i need your help.. thanx if you help me, i will be so greatful

Yes, you will lose wegith eating and exercising like that, but you will not be able to keep it off. It will go back on as soon as you start eating anything else again!
I think that you should be focusing on eating round 1500 calories a day, that should help you lose weight and maintain the loss.
Breakfast - maybe some cereal with skimmed milk and fruit, or a smoothie.
Lunch - Something like a chicken caeser wrap. Use low-fat dressing, and no spread. Fill it up with loads of veggies and it will make you feel full!
Dinner - have some grilled or steamed chicken or fish with lots of vegetables.
Have fruit or other snacks throughout the day!
The only true way to lose weight is to actually eat. It can be hard to lose weight when you aren't eating enough believe it or not!

AnswerAgain, I'm sorry, I didn't get the chance to check e-mails, and so have only just seen this question.
You may not be able to lose weight as quickly as that everyday in the long term. Your metabolism will be slowing down, so will make it harder for you to lose weight.
He probably didn't gain 5lbs in body weight, but in water weight. When you are starving yourself, when you eat and drink, your body tends to retain water. In fact, the weight that he had lost in the first place may have just been water weight.
I really think that you need to think about getting help now. This is dangerous, and can kill, if not cause serious health complications.
