Answer
Well, unfortunatly- your body is still in shock. And yes the wieght gain has alot to do with your metabolism that you messed up- for now. It will get back to normal however. Your eating, is messing up your metabolism even more. Its not helping any. And your body is use to your constint working out- that it no longer responds to it. Therefore, your working out should be no more then an hour and a half 3-5 times a week. No more then that- because then you are over doing it. Your eating needs to be alot more then crackers and yogurt. Maybe thats ok as a snack- but your body is asking for food. You should have at least 3-5 meals a day consisting of protiens and carbs together. It doesnt need to be a large portion- but needs to be at least fist size to make your body work. Your body needs to be fed and nutritioned inorder for your workout to have some effect to it. Take your vitamins, and eat properly - the way we were meant to eat. And in time you will see your body get back to normal, and cleanse itself out the way need be. But this all takes time- in result of your past- and your health that is not up to par.
