Answer
You realise that you have a problem that you have contacted me.  That is the first step!  Admitting that there is a problem and then owning it.

Unfortunately, there is no quick fix for this!  This is going to require a lot of commitment to beat this on your part, and most likely input from a professional as well!

You can try little things such as trying to eat a few small things throughout the day, or forcing yourself to eat a meal, sitting with friends or family as you do so, making yourself get involved in something straight after eating so that you have something to preoccupy yourself to help stop you making yourself sick.  However, this will most likely need a professional to look at underlying issue that have led you to be at this point.

I would also recommend getting yourself checked out physically by a Dr to make sure that you have not caused yourself any health problems that can't be fixed!

Please consider going to your Dr and asking for the help that you need!

All the best

Expertise

I am a medical student and have suffered from anorexia and bulimia myself, I am willing to answer questions based on my own experiences. My advice, however, should not be used as a substitute for that of a qualified medical professional.

Experience

I suffered from anorexia from the age of about 10. By the age of 13 I was suffering from bulimia. Now after 10 years of suffering from an eating disorder, I feel that I can say that I'm well on my way with recovery and would just like to be able to share what I have learned with those in similar situations!
