Hi Theresa,

There are several very sophisticated 3-D software packages out there which can do both virtual and hard reconstructions based on a scan of a skull.  Many of these are descibed on google.  Enter "facial reconstruction software" and then take a look at the various options that will come up on google.  

If you are looking for a particular type or need one that does a broad range of racial groupings this may be a bit more difficult.  Please let me know.
