Antique Clocks/Linden Wall Clock won't work!!

Just had Linden Wall Clock (that belonged to my mom and dad)
pendulum repaired......when the clocksmith was putting the hands back on the face, I noticed he had a hard time placing the hour hand onto the wouldn't stay in place....he finally was able to stabilize both hands....brought clock home and seemed to be running fine.....went to change clock to reflect daylight savings time and rewind.....without knowledge, I moved the hour hand separate from the minute hand.....clock will not
work: nothing!!   Did I screw-up the clock by moving the hour hand?   I just found out that the hour hand shouldn't be moved separately.........please advise if there is anything I can do to make the Linden clock work or (God forbid) I have to take the clock back in for more repairs!!

Thank you for your help.

moving the hour hand will not hurt anything--it was something else you did--take it back - the re-fix should be no charge while you wait. the hour hand is just friction fit on the shaft- it gets put on pointing to agree with the ammount of strikes the clock does.

probably the balance or beat is no longer even- can you hear it ticking when you swing the pendulum? --move the case on the wall left or right at the bottom to get the ticking sound even and see--and advise
