Antique Clocks/ridgeway floor clock

I just purchased a ridgeway floor clock model 188 movement ew serial 8476 and I can't figure out how to attach the pendulum.

There should be a shaft coming down from the movement on the back side.  It will be between the chime rods.  You may have to look up from the bottom of the door to see it.  The pendulum will have a hooked end and the hook goes into the hole in the shaft that you locate.  When you start the pendulum, be sure the clock has a nice even (tick/toc) beat.  If it does not, you may have to adjust the feet on the bottom of the clock until it does.  Be sure the clock is level front to back as well.  If you need more help, contact me again.
