QUESTION: Hi, I have 2 clocks that I would like to get more information on - 1 is an Ansonia and on metal plate on back door it says Sonia No. 2
- The other is JB Co and I haven't been able to find anything similar by this company but I've seen some that look almost exactly the same by Ansonia??

Thanks for your help!

Jennings made the metal case and perhaps Waterbury

QUESTION: Thanks, do you have an idea of their value?

actual mechanical condition is so important and I have know way of knowing

costs for overhaul of clocks like these can run $200-$500  which is above their actual value

Ebay searches for SOLD AUCTIONS for similar or identical items can be the best indicator

the JB is called a crystal regulator  a seach for Ansonia Sonia would get the other

Comment - On a scale of 1-10, I would give Mr. Saunders a 15 on each category. His responses were clear, addressed my questions and concerns in a way that even I could understand, and even sent a picture. He explained what I had and how to resolve the issue.
