Question
Who do you adjust a balance wheel on a Dunhaven Westminster mantle clock?

Answer
Generally there are two methods.  One has a small shaft with a screw driver slot in it.  It should say + and  -  near the the screw.  If it does not have this adjustment the adjustment will be right on the balance wheel.  There should be three little fingers right on top of the wheel itself.  If you hold the wheel and move one of the fingers either to the right or left it will run either faster or slower.  There should be a + and - stamped on the case close to the wheel to tell you which way to move it.
Only move the finger about 1/4 turn at a time and let it run for a day before adjusting again.
I hope this will do the job for you.
