Hello, my name is Gwin. I recently found a Lanshire self starting model T-3 clock lamp made in u.s.a.  info on back says For A.C. only 105-125 VLTS.60 CY. 2.5 WATTS
PAT'D. USA 2437201
OTHER PATS. PENDG.
Can you also tell me if the correct shade is on it or if not  what kind of shade is suppose to be on it. Thank you

I have not seen a clock like this before so I am not going to be much help to you.  I will however direct you to: www.nawcc.org    This is the National Association of Watch and Clocks and they should be able to help you.  You may find out something on Ebay as well.  Maybe someone is trying to sell one like it.
