Hello!

I am inheriting this 4 piece bedroom set from my 92 year old aunt. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to look for a maker just yet because the furniture resides in Pennsylvania and I haven't seen it in person.

I understand that there were thousands of makers around this time but was hoping you can help me determine age, style, and price. Also, what kind of wood do you think it is and what would be the best way to clean it?

Thank you in advance!

p.s.
Please excuse the mess

Answer
1920-30.

wood is burl ash veneer-the lighter.  rest is tulip poplar and sweet gum.

referred to as colonial revival style and would sell in the market;

vanity
550-600

bed
400

rest i have to see to price but dressers sell at same as bed usually.
use the followup function so all will be together and add photos of the rest.
