Could you try to find the serial number of the piano - http://www.lindebladpiano.com/piano_Serial_Number.html Also, without seeing any photos of the piano or knowing the condition, it is hard to tell. If the player piano still works it may be worth $2,000 - $3,000 otherwise it is probably not worth much. A piano is only worth the condition that it is in.
