Answer
Distin was never a high volume - but very capable maker which makes his work desirable and collectible.  Eb cornets are  less common than Bbs.  His Philadelphia work is less common than his Williamsport work.  Having the original case and accessories is also not as common as those often get lost, damaged or worn out over time.  So, all together, the complete package is pretty rare.
