Antique Musical Instruments/Piano Info

Question
I have recently purchased a Compton & Price baby grand piano manufactured sometime before 1918. I can't find anything at all about this piano. It is an incredibly beautiful sounding instrument, but nevertheless, one that remains a mystery to me. I understand that pianos were not easily moved during those years, so each town had a piano maker. Some of them obscure today but perhaps no less in terms of quality and workmanship. I would appreciate any info you could come up with regarding this piano. Thank you!

Answer
Dear Norman,
  Hi,
Thank you for using allexperts.  The only information that I have is that they were built in Conshocton, Ohio.  Other than that, I have no other information.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,
