Antique Musical Instruments/What is my piano worth?

Question
I have a Hallet, Davis & Co. piano. The serial number is 148307. It is in fair condition but some keys get stuck and the top keys are way off pitch and it really needs to be tuned. Is this piano worth restoring? How much is the total worth or this piano before the restoration? What year was it made

Answer
Dear Astrid,
Thank you for using allexperts.  Your piano was built in 1936. If it is an upright piano, its worth around $200 and if a grand around $800. The piano is not worth restoring unless it is sentimental.  Its built in a very good time period.
