Antique Musical Instruments/HIstory and approximate value of my Fischer antique piano

Question
I would like the year my C & J Fischer upright Piano. It is solid walnut with ivory keys. The number on the inside top of the piano is #224008. It states that the patent was given in 1880 for that type of piano. It has three inserted wooden pieces in the front top area over the keys. It weighs about 700 lbs. It plays, although three keys do not work. It is on small wooden rollers at each corner. The piano needs to be stripped of the black enamel paint that someone used on it. I would appreciate any help you could give me regarding the value.
