Antique Musical Instruments/Migonette piano

Question
I bought a nice little Knabe Mignonette piano for $25.00 at a church rummage sale. The cabinet's beat up a bit, but the sound is in tact. The serial number is 142131. If I use this one chart, it comes to 1948-49. I was wondering if I was using the right chart, since another's mignonete was listed as a 1939 and it had higher serial numbers.
Also, if you have any advice on the pedals as far as them sticking.
Thanks very much.

Answer
Hi,

Thank you for using allexperts.

Sorry for the delayed response.  Yes your piano was manufactured in 1949.  For the pedals, if it seems minor something like WD-40 might help. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

Sincerely,
