Hi Todd,
I'm going to look at a Baldwin grand piano tonight that I may be interested in buying.  I've been told by the owner that it was built in 1917, has never been rebuilt, but is in great condition.  Even with this minimal information, would you be able to give a ballpark of how much it may be worth?  What specifics would you need to more accurately assess the value?
