Question
My grandmother passed away and we are clearing out the estate.  She had a Washburn Lyon & Healy Piano numbered 9438.  It is black and in wonderful condition.  It comes apart from what I can tell.  What is something like this worth and who should I contact about selling an item such as this since none of the family plays.

Answer
Hi,

Thank you for using allexperts.

In our current economic and musical climate, we estimate the value of your piano to be at around $300.

Here are several websites you could try selling it on:

http://www.pianomart.com
http://www.ebay.com
http://www.pianoworld.com/exchange.htm
http://www.craigslist.org

Also, if you need any piano information, check out our piano information page at - http://www.lindebladpiano.com/piano_info.htm
