Question
I have an old silver trumpet with G.G. Conn LTD, USA, Elkhart IND on the bell. the serial number is 313042. I just wanted to know how old this peice is? and maybe if you could tell me a little bit about it. Thanks, Devin
I can tell you that the horn dates to 1936. There is nothing much more to tell based on the serial number, as Conn made a number of models even then. But, you might be able to figure out what model it is by looking at the lists on http://www.xs4all.nl/~cderksen/
