Question

P.A. Stark
Hey Todd,
I have a P.A. Stark upright piano that I have been having trouble getting appraised. I have done my research, but still no real luck. I think it is a 1955, but I'm not sure. The serial number is 10649. Would you be able to help me find the year it was made, and the possible asking price for the piano? I would really appreciate it. I have attached a picture to hopefully help you. Thank you.

Answer
Hi,

Thank you for using allexperts.

According to the serial number you gave me, your piano was manufactured in 1901. It looks a little younger than that so you might want to double check the serial number to make sure
To find the serial number on your piano, please refer to the useful guide we have on our website - http://www.lindebladpiano.com/piano_info/piano_Serial_Number.html

In our current economic and musical climate, we estimate the value of your piano to be at around $300-500.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

Sincerely,
