Question
I have a Knabe piano with a serial number 58213. I was hoping you could tell me what year and whatever other info about the piano. I am interested in selling it and would wonder what the best forum for that would be and what it might be worth.

Thanks

Answer
Hi,

Thank you for using allexperts.

Knabe is a great brand piano. Your piano was manufactured in 1905 in Baltimore Maryland. Using an analogy of a car your piano would be like owning a BMW or Infinity car, while there are more expensive models like Steinway, it is a high value piano. In our current economic and musical climate, we estimate the value of your piano to be at around $2000-5000. This can vary somewhat depending on its condition, and if it has ben restored.

Here are several websites you could try selling it on:

http://www.ebay.com
