Question
Hello, we have a fully restored and functioning Knabe 5' 8" traditional baby grand piano with mahogany finish.  It has all but 3 original keys in good condition.  (2 keys have minute chips.) It has been in our family from the time it was built, but I don't know where to look for the serial number.  I would appreciate it's approximate value for insurance purposes.  We spent about $10K restoring the Ampico and it works beautifully.  If you need a picture, I can send one.  If you need the serial number, please advise where to find it.

Thank you. Janet

Thank you for using allexperts.

In our current economic and musical climate, we estimate the value of your piano to be at around $15,000-20,000. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

Sincerely,
